Plan Review Committee


The Monroe County Plan Review Committee is a sub-committee of the Plan Commission. The purpose of the Plan Review Committee is to review petitions and revised ordinances to provide comments on whether the proposal meets the objectives of the Comprehensive Plan and all incorporated documents. The duties include reviewing all applications for the rezoning of land including planned unit development outline plans, reviewing proposals for revised ordinances forwarded from the Ordinance Review Committee, and forwarding comments to the Plan Commission based on the Comprehensive Plan and all incorporated documents.
