Testing in Monroe County
If you have a rash/lesions and feel you need to be tested, please see below for who to contact. 

• If you have a Primary Care Physician (PCP), contact their office regarding testing. 
• If you are living with HIV and/or Hepatitis C, contact Positive Link and 812-353-3245. Leave a voicemail and they will return your call. 
• If you are a Futures Family Planning Clinic client, contact Futures at 812-349-7343.
• If you are a HealthNet client or without insurance & seeking a Primary Care Provider, contact HealthNet at 812-333-4001.
• If you are an Indiana University (Bloomington) student, contact the Student Health Center at 812-855-5002.
• If you are excluded from the above criteria, please contact Monroe County Public Health Clinic at 812-353-3244.
• If you live or work outside of Monroe County, Indiana, you may be closer to other providers who can assist with testing. Contact your local Health Department for more information.
