Free Transportation for Veterans
DAV Van service is transportation operated by all volunteers drivers. This service is free of charge and is available to veterans who do not have available transportation to and to and from their medical appointments at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis.
To schedule transportation with DAV, please contact their voicemail at 812-332-4684. Please leave a detailed message that includes your name, a valid callback phone number, and the date and time of your appointment. You should receive a call back within 24 hours of your message. Please schedule at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment.
NOTE: A Veteran may be accompanied by one caregiver, spouse, or family member.
