Sheriff Service Fee Payments
Sheriff Service Fee of $28 is now Collected by the Monroe County Clerk's Office
- Effective July 1, 2017
- Pursuant to I.C. 33-37-5-15(A); 36-8-10-12; 33-37-5-15(D)
The copies required for service (3 complete sets) are to be provided directly to the Sheriff's Office. Please be advised fee waivers granted for court costs exclude the $28 Sheriff service fee - which is still applicable if the fee waiver is granted.
