- 2701 E 3rd Street CVS - appointment required, free for those that are uninsured but are requesting that people with insurance bring that information and those without insurance bring a state ID or SSN.
- 4444 W State Road 46 CVS - appointment required, free for those that are uninsured but are requesting that people with insurance bring that information and those without insurance bring a state ID or SSN.
- Monroe Hospital 4011 S Monroe Medical Park Blvd - Appointment required, must have a provider order for testing or be seen in the ER for COVID test order
- IU Health Bloomington Remote Specimen Collection - 550 S Landmark Ave - Appointment required, drive-thru testing available. Doctor's note required
