Notice: New Law in Effect for Produce Farms
Beginning 7-1-18 you are required to register with the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) to comply with Indiana Senate Enrolled Act (SEA) 331. This act has adopted the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Produce Safety Rule in the Indiana code that allows the ISDH to enter and inspect, at reasonable times, any covered produce farm. These inspections will begin in 2019.
