Paperless Office Policy
The Monroe County Clerk's Office has implemented a paperless office policy that will be strictly enforced effective January 1, 2018. For your convenience, the Clerk has provided hyperlinks to the most commonly used forms on the official Clerk's website. Parties and patrons who request printed forms from the Monroe County Clerk's office will be charged $1.00 per page. For those who have limited computer access or financial constraints, we strongly encourage seeking assistance through the Monroe County Public Library or through comparable vendors within the community.
