About the Office

Due COVID-19 requirements the Monroe County Veteran Service Office is open for appointments only.  No walk-ins are permitted. 

The Veterans Affairs Department serves the veterans, veterans' dependants and veterans' survivors of Monroe County. 

Monroe County Veterans Affairs offers assistance to veterans, their dependents and survivors in filing claims for VA benefits, obtaining military records, and accessing VA services.

When Visiting our Office ... 

Veterans please remember that when you visit our office that no weapon of any kind can be carried into the Curry building. The list includes but is not limited to pocket knives, firearms, box knives, screw drivers, scissors, nail files, or any tool or implement that has the potential to do harm.

Individuals attempting to access the Veterans Affairs office will be denied access to the building if he or she is found to be carrying a weapon.
