Township Trustee & Fire Department
The Township Trustee of each Township shall perform all duties with reference to the poor of the township as prescribed by law. The Trustee is the administrator of the township assistance and shall see that the individuals are properly taken care of in the manner required by law. IC 12-20-5-2
