Unless noticed differently the meetings will be held at 9:00 a.m. in the Common Council Chambers at City Hall, 401 N. Morton St., Bloomington, Indiana. The deadline for agenda items will be noon on the Monday preceding the scheduled meeting.  Further, a copy of this resolution shall be sent to each of the newspapers, radios stations, and television stations in Monroe County.
