Soil and Water Conservation District Minimize

The Monroe County Soil and Water Conservation District was established in 1943. In Indiana, a Soil and Water Conservation District is a unit of state government responsible for Soil & Water Conservation Programs within its county boundaries. The purpose of a district is to provide a means for all interested people in a county to work together for natural resource conservation and development.
