The Monroe County Human Rights Ordinance promotes equal opportunity in employment, housing, education and access to public accommodations, regardless of race, sex, religion, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry or disability. The ordinance also prohibits familial status discrimination in housing.
