The Monroe County Health Department is providing this survey to public citizens, business owners, and pest control companies to investigate the prevalence and scope out our county’s bed bug problem. This survey will help us better understand what areas of our community are being affected most. This survey also looks at what methods the public, private, and business sections are using to monitor and control their bed bug infestations.

At the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to leave additional comments. These comments will be useful in updating our survey, which in turn will help us better evaluate the community bed bug situation. Also included at the end of the survey are various Bed Bug resources.
