The Futures Family Planning Clinic provides family planning health services for adolescents, men and women. Affordable services are available on a sliding fee schedule, which means that the fees are based on your income.
Services provided by our Nurse Practitioner are available by appointment or immediately by walk-in, if time allows. Please call first to see if there have been any cancellations or if time is available.
NOTE: A Hispanic Medical Interpreter is available by appointment only.
