The Disease Intervention Specialist provides intervention services and partner notification for people affected by HIV, Syphilis, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Awareness and Prevention Programming for individuals, groups and corporations is offered upon request. The Disease Intervention Office is located at 338 S. The Disease Intervention Program is state funded and serves 12 counties: Bartholomew, Brown, Clay, Greene, Lawrence, Monroe, Owen, Parke, Putnam, Sullivan, Vermillion and Vigo.
