The Monroe County Plan
Commission and Planning Department
have embarked on an update to the
Monroe County
Comprehensive Land Use Plan over the next 36-42 months,
beginning in May of 2006. The effort includes a
wide range of activities, discussions, and community
involvement opportunities designed to ensure public
involvement and interagency cooperation. The
Comprehensive Land Use Plan website is a focal point
for information, updates, and important news associated
with the Plan Update.
The website provides schedule information and updates as well as links to documents used and discussed throughout the update process. View the current plan via the navigation tool located at the top of the page as well as a map of your area.
