Located southwest of Bloomington off of St. Rd. 45, on the corner of Airport Road & Endwright Road.

Shelter Hours: March 1 - September 30:   7:00 am - 8:00 pm

                          October 1 - February 28:   8:00 am - 7:00 pm

May change due to inclement weather, special events or athletic events. Some portions of the park may be closed to the public.

Shelters #1, #2, #3, #4 (regular open shelters)
Each accommodates approximately 48 people under the roof plus 20 people on outside patio, 2 grills, 2 electrical outlets, and 8 picnic tables.

Shelter #5 (semi-open shelter)
Accommodates approximately 64 people, 2 grills, 3 electrical outlets, 8 full size picnic tables 
In county rental: $42     Out of county rental: $52

Shelter 7 (open small shelter & lawn game area )
Accommodates approximately 20 people, grill, 2 electrical outlets, 3 picnic tables. Includes: horseshoe courts, shuffleboard courts, grass volleyball court.

Lawn games equipment includes croquet, whiffleball, kickball, frisbee, flip toss, football, and soccer.

The Commons (climate controlled shelter/meeting room)
Accommodates approximately 50 people, handicapped accessible, full kitchen, Six 2.5' x 6' tables, and Two 3' x 6' tables.

Flatwoods Park

Amenities: 198 acres.
Two regular shelters, one group shelter, restroom, drinking fountains, two full basketball courts, 2 playgrounds. Interpretive nature trail with a windmill, sundial, weather station, butterfly/hummingbird garden, woods, old fields, wetlands & wildflower field.

Directions:
Located northwest of Bloomington and Ellettsville. Go west on St. Rd. 46, turn left (west) onto Flatwoods Road, go 1.2 miles. Entrance on left

Shelter Hours: March 1 - September 30:   7:00 am - 8:00 pm

                          October 1 - February 28:   8:00 am - 7:00 pm

Group shelter (shelter #1A & #1B combined)                                   Seats approximately 100 people. 4 grills, 4 electrical outlets, fireplace pit, and 16 picnic tables.

Jackson Creek Park

Amenities:
18 acres, 1 shelter house, grill, walking trail, woods, creek, open space, 2 playgrounds and half basketball court.

Directions:
Located south of Bloomington on the corner of Old St. Rd. 37 and Rogers Street.

Rental Information:  812-349-2800
Regular shelter seats approximately 20 people.  No restroom facility and no electricity.

Shelter Hours: March 1 - September 30:   7:00 am - 8:00 pm

                          October 1 - February 28:   8:00 am - 7:00 pm
