Food Sanitation Training

   The Food Protection Program offers the Food Safety Manager Certification Course throughout the year. The  Food Certification Program offered is The National Restaurant Association's ServSafe Course. Participants are issued a certificate once they have completed the course and received a passing score of at least 75% or greater on their exam. (60 out of  the 80 questions must be answered correctly).

**Food Certification is valid for five years**

   The fees for the classes are $125.00 per person for Monroe County establishments and $150.00 per person for out of county establishments.
