Education
The Food Protection Program offers the Food Safety Manager Certification Course throughout the year. The Food Certification Program offered is The National Restaurant Association's ServSafe Course. Participants are issued a certificate once they have completed the course and received a passing score of at least 75% or greater on their exam. (60 out of the 80 questions must be answered correctly). **Food Certification is valid for five years** The fees for the classes are $125.00 per person for Monroe County establishments and $150.00 per person for out of county establishments.
