The County Drainage Board looks to the
long-term interests of the community by
setting standards for drainage
infrastructure and by reducing the
chances of flooding problems in new
developments and adjacent
neighborhoods through careful design.
Storm water quality is another issue
addressed by the Board so that our streams
may be fishable and swimmable and to improve
the quality of water used for drinking.
Please take notice that the Monroe County Drainage Board
will meet in regular session on the following dates at 9:00
o'clock am in Room 105 of the County Health Services
Building at 119 W. Seventh Street, Bloomington, Indiana, on
