Advisory Q & A Meeting to be held in the Nat Hill III Room, 3^rd Floor, Monroe County Courthouse.  A member of the Selection Committee will be present to answer any questions applicants may have.   This is solely an advisory meeting held for those who might wish to attend.

DEADLINE:  Friday, September 3, 2010, 4:00 p.m.

Deadline for submission of Applications.

Applications should be submitted to the Monroe County Council, Room 215, Courthouse, 100 W. Kirkwood Avenue, Bloomington, IN  47404

Thursday, September 23, 2010, 5:30 p.m. 

Public Meeting for Presentation by Top Applicants. Meeting to be held in the Nat Hill III Room, 3^rd Floor, Monroe County Courthouse.

Thursday, September 30^th, or Friday, October 1, 2010,

5:30 p.m. – Meeting for final decision

• Likelihood that the dollar amount sought will accomplish the stated goal of the proposal
• Leveraging of additional funds or assistance
• Support for operational expenses will be considered, but not given highest priority
