The Clerk's Office assists the Circuit Court Judges in the execution of their
judicial duties by preparing, recording, and maintaining court documents. The
Clerk's Office also manages the Court's docket and traffic court. Case-related
information and court documents are provided to state, local, and federal
agencies as well as to the general public, attorneys,
litigants, and the media.

*An Additional $25.00 will be added to ALL court costs not paid by due date.

When making your payment you must have your Cause
Number, Amount of Payment, and the Pay Location Code in
hand. The Pay Location Code for the Monroe County
Clerk's Office with the exception of Child Support Payers is
2245. The Pay Location Code for Child Support is 2246.
**A 5% fee for service will be added to the amount of fees due if paid by phone.
**A 3.5% fee for service will be added to the amount of fees due if paid online.
